Embattled running sensation Caster Semenya dropped out of a race Saturday following a newspaper report that claims she's a hermaphrodite.
Mabusi, we once communicated about Caster and we never shared the ideas further. What do you think will happen to Caster now that the situation is as is. Do you think is the end of her career or she still has a chance. Will it be fair if that will be the route she will be forced to take?

Caster was conceived the way she is. The brouhaha should have been centred on the possibility that maybe she underwent a transplant. This has fortunately being proven as an impossibility, because she was much of a pauper to afford or even think of a sex transplant. Yes, she might be a hermaphrodite, but her female anatomy is was she grew up knowing and was always treated as a female. If she came out fourth and below, was her sexuality going to be questioned? This world is full of hypocrites...
ReplyDeleteIf a male (no sexist remark intended) was to lodge a complain with the IAAF that he is gay and that the female hormones surpasses that of males, and for that reason it is unfair for him to compete with males. Will this even be entertained? Let this poor girl be...
